About Heat and Cold Retention

Heat retention: (6 hours) 53°C〜72°C
Cold retention: (6 hours) 6°C〜10°C

※ What's "heat retention?"
It's the temperature of the hot water after 6 and 24 hours, starting with boiling water at 95°C±1°C poured to the bottom of the lid, after opening for 2 hours at room temperature (20°C±2°C).
※ What's "cold retention?"
It's the temperature of the water after 6 and 24 hours, starting with cold water at 4°C±1°C poured to the bottom of the lid, after opening for 2 hours at room temperature (20°C±2°C).

Please Read Before You Buy!

・Sometimes the print might stick to the bag it comes in. This can happen because of the printing method, especially if it's humid or hot during shipping. If it sticks, don't yank it off! Just peel it slowly and gently.

・UV ink has a special smell. It'll fade over time, but if it bothers you, give it a wash and let it dry!

・Don't use dishwashers, metal scrubbers, or anything abrasive. They can make the print peel or chip!

・Because of how the printing works, there might be tiny lines in a circle. It's normal, so we can't refund or exchange it.

Handle With Care!

・Wash the bottle and lid with mild soap before using it for the first time.

・If you're cleaning the inside with bleach, don't use chlorine bleach! And be careful not to get any bleach on the outside, or it could ruin the paint!

・After using, wash it with a soft sponge and mild soap, then dry it well. Don't use anything rough that could scratch it, or it might rust!

・Don't soak it or boil it.

・Be extra careful when you put hot drinks in it! Let the drink cool down a bit before putting the lid on.

・When you're carrying it around, make sure the lid is on tight! Keep it upright so it doesn't leak.

・Never put fizzy drinks, dry ice, salty soups like miso soup, alcohol, milk, juice with pulp, or tea leaves in it!

・Don't use it in the microwave, oven, or freezer.

・Don't put it in the dishwasher. If you drop it or bump it, it could break!

・Keep it away from fire and high temperatures.

・Don't use it for anything other than what it's meant for.

・Keep it away from little kids!
