・Depending on the humidity and temperature during shipping (especially high temperature and humidity), the printed surface may very rarely stick to the packaging bag. In that case, we are very sorry, but please peel it off slowly without pulling or flipping it forcefully.

・UV ink has a characteristic scent. The scent will disappear over time, but if you are concerned, washing it well and drying it will help it settle.

・Please refrain from using dishwashers, metal scrubbers, or abrasives, as they can cause the print to peel or chip.

・Due to the characteristics of printing, slight streaks may occur in the rotation direction. These are normal specifications and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

*In rare cases, black dots may occur due to ink splashing.
